Background : Tracheal intubation with manual in-line stabilization (TT-MILS) isthe standard management in patients with cervical spine injury.The procedure of which is not practical for inexperienced personnel.Supraglottic airway device has a role in difficult airway managementand been proved to be easy for new users.
