The aim of the study is to find out the frequency of lower ureteric stones related to sex, age, and the outcome of using tamsulosin in their treatment This was a retrospective study of all patients who suffer from lower ureteral stone and seen in our Private Urology Clinic from January 2014 to December 2017 in Aden. Introduction

Dysfunctional voiding (DV), defined as abnormal coordination between the urinary sphincter and the detrusor muscle in a neurologically intact individual, affects approximately 40% of patients that populate pediatric urology clinics. Improper hydration affects the specific gravity and concentration of urinary irritants, resulting in symptoms similar to those seen in DV patients.

Methods

We describe a case of a patient with a two-year history of prostate cancer who underwent placement of nephroureteral stents. He subsequently presented to the hospital with complications from prolonged retention of the stents, which ultimately lead to a secondary diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the rectum. A colonoscopy performed approximately two weeks after a bilateral nephroureteral tube exchange demonstrated what was believed to be locoregional metastatic disease and a fistulous connection with the distal nephroureteral stents. Urinary incontinence (UI) is a common condition among women. Approximately 50% of them had an involuntary loss of urine at least once in their lifetime. It can be present during sexual activity, contributing to sexual dysfunction and often associated with anxiety or even depression, thus having a negative impact on the quality of life.
