Purpose: Development and control of endurance of handball players by studying modern innovative tools and methods of endurance development, as well as improving the effectiveness of endurance training.

Methods: The following techniques are used to train endurance: The technique of evenly performed exercises is used in the training of general endurance. This method is used during training to prepare for maximum continuous training, which is performed regularly with a pulse of no more than 130 beats per minute. Food has a number of functional properties that can support the balance between energy intake and energy expenditure and, theoretically, one of these is the thermic effect of food. Including high-protein foods in meals may be advantageous in contributing to energy expenditure but, in practice, the evidence needs to relate to specific foods and normal dietary conditions. Different arrival order scenarios of native functional groups to a site may influence both resource use during development and final community structure. Arrival order may then indirectly influence community resistance to invasion. We present a mesocosm experiment of constructed coastal dune communities that monitored biotic and abiotic responses to different arrival orders of native functional groups. Constructed communities were compared with unplanted mesocosms. We then simulated a single invasion event by bitou (Chrysanthemoides monilifera ssp. rotundata), a dominant exotic shrub of coastal communities. The food industry relies on high market share, market exclusivity, or first to market advantage for functional ingredients. Researchers test individual ingredients (added to traditional and non-traditional delivery foods), often at high doses, to confirm health benefits. Unfortunately, testing the activity of an ingredient alone does not necessarily define how it functions in foods, and a single test, such as that of glycaemic index, does not address all food functionalities. In addition, food functionality may be affected by a variety of factors including storage, methods of preparation, endogenous enzymes in other food ingredients and concentration. The long-term effect of regular cannabis use on brain function underlying cognitive control remains equivocal. Cognitive control abilities are thought to have a major role in everyday functioning, and their dysfunction has been implicated in the maintenance of maladaptive drug-taking patterns. In this study, the Multi-Source Interference Task was employed alongside functional magnetic resonance imaging and psychophysiological interaction methods to investigate functional interactions between brain regions underlying cognitive control. Current cannabis users with a history of greater than 10 years of daily or near-daily cannabis smoking (n=21) were compared with age, gender, and IQ-matched non-using controls (n=21). Disturbance is a dominant factor in many ecosystems, and the disturbance regime is likely to change over the next decades in response to land-use changes and global warming. We assume that predictions of vegetation dynamics can be made on the basis of a set of life-history traits that characterize the response of a species to disturbance.
