Number of journals is raising exponentially. Consequently authors have a problem which journal to select when publishing their research. Journal portfolios including information like impact factors and productivity trends, state of the art topics, topics evolution and citation patterns might help authors to select the journal where their paper will have optimal chances to be published, read and cited. To build portfolios we used two approaches; namely descriptive bibliometric analysis to extract distribution of types of documents, most prolific authors, institutions, countries, citation histories, etc. and bibliometric mapping to visualize the content

Objectives. The aim of the present study was to determine the association between area-level socioeconomic disadvantage and glycaemic-related risk in health service users in the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region of New South Wales, Australia. Methods. HbA1c values recorded between 2010 and 2012 for non-pregnant individuals aged 18 years were extracted from the Southern.IML Research (SIMLR) database. Individuals were assigned quintiles of the Socioeconomic Indices for Australia (SEIFA) Index of Relative Socioeconomic Disadvantage (IRSD) according to their Statistical Area 1 of residence. Purpose: Citation analysis is frequently employed to assess the research output of individuals, departments, and institutions. Intra-country institutional analysis of bibliometric analysis is needed to formulate appropriate research policies. To assess the research output of dental colleges in Saudi Arabia
Research design: An observational study was conducted for publications from Dental Colleges in Saudi Arabia using the SCOPUS database. The data for the years 2016-18 were retrieved for 18 dental colleges of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
