The purpose of this Doctor of Nursing Practice project was to educate the Registered Nurses (RNs) to implement the Relationship Based Care (RBC) model and Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring principles into their practice. The model and principles were put into practice by the RNs, followed by examining the RNs perception and practices of caring and confidence skills had improved after the intervention. The mission of this project was to promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction through caring relationships.
