Stroke is the second leading cause of death. Depressive disorder is characterized by period of sad mood and anhedonia occurring for two consecutive weeks. Among stroke survivors, the consequence of physical and psychological changes can be devastating. One of those psychological changes is post-stroke depression (PSD). Stroke itself has debilitating morbidity and superimposed PSD further decreases the quality of life of patients and impairs recovery. Early electrophysiological testing is more important as early abnormalities can be obtained even in the first week. However the electrical abnormalities may not be that prominently evident for definitive diagnosis in the first 2 weeks. However at times the decision of treatment has to be taken early. Subdural hematoma (SDH) is usually secondary to mechanical trauma. Spontaneous subdural hematoma is still rare with unclear pathophysiology. The classic findings of subdural hematoma is sudden drop in mental status, an ipsilateralmydriasis with contralateral hemiparesis. However SDH can sometimes compress the contralaterl corticospinal tract resulting in ipsilateral motor weakness, this phenomenon is known as Kernohan-Woltman Notch Phenomenon.

We report a case of distal my apathy who developed back pain due to tuberculous spondylitis but was overlooked and his complaint of backache was considered outcome of mechanical deterioration of vertebral column resulting from weakness of para spinal muscles due to my apathy. Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is one of the most frequent disorder of peripheral nervous system associated with respiratory distress. One clinical parameter that was found significant in heralding the onset of respiratory failure in GBS weresensory manifestations. Objective: Determine the role of manual activities in children presenting with spastic type of Cerebral Palsy. Methods: AQuasi experimental study was conducted in Children Hospital and Compass. A sample of 30 children with cerebral palsy aged between 6 to 12 years was studied and assessment was made before and after the implementation of treatment through ABILHAND kids Questionnaire. The duration of this study was 6 months from December 2014 to May 2015. The recruiting strategy used was convenience sampling. Intervention was given for a period of 90 hours for 9 weeks.
