Introduction. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic disease requiring a long-term medication affecting quality of life. Short Form 12 is a generic questionnaire to assess patients quality of life and has been validated in England. This study was designed to test reliability and validity of Indonesian version of SF-12 questionnaire. Methods. Sixty-five patients with clinically diagnosed RA using ACR/EULAR criterion were interviewed using Short Form 36 and Short Form 12 questionnaire. Validity was assessed with construct validity and external validity, while reliability tested with internal consistency and test-retest method. Results.
