An Oasis In The Hospital Desert – General Aviation Meets Medicine, Ariel Braverman

Use of General Aviation and to support medical services is not novel. However, this paper is an attempt to establish a concept of a framework of using aviation, especially relatively low-operational cost fixed-wing aircraft as a convenient high-speed transport to bring medical staff to the rural and remote areas. Operating flight network will also be more efficient from the financial point of view - better than attracting medical personnel with high salaries.
