Objective: One major barrier for usage of intrauterine devices (IUD) includes a widespread sense of fear regarding pain during insertion of this contraception. By researching the most effective IUD insertion analgesics available and standardizing these pain management methods, women may be less fearful of obtaining IUDs.

Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted using Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE and Cochrane Library to compare methods of pain relief during IUD insertions. Introduction: As of 2021, the Black maternal mortality rate in the United States was 69.9 deaths per 100,000 live births as compared to the national average of 32.9 and the White American average of 26.61. It has been demonstrated that this discrepancy is not fully explained by socioeconomic status. Despite its widespread use, research focusing on sex-specific outcomes among patients undergoing cardiac ablation remains limited. This research is based on the development of a new HPV vaccine made in China called Ceolin priced at $47 and its efficacy to be incorporated into the WHO vaccination program. IMPORTANCE: Lack of timely follow-up of cancer-related abnormal test results can lead to delayed or missed diagnoses, adverse cancer outcomes, and substantial cost burden for patients. Care delivery models, such as the Veterans Affairs' (VA) Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT), which aim to improve patient-centered care coordination, could potentially also improve timely follow-up of abnormal test results. PACT was implemented nationally in the VA between 2010 and 2012.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the long-term association between PACT implementation and timely follow-up of abnormal test results related to the diagnosis of 5 different cancers.
