An allied health leader in a homecare goes through the challenge of meeting goals in business and healthcare settings. This practicum reflects the learnings from Ohio Health Department of Medical Equipment (Ohio Health DME), a branch of OhioHealth Home Care, with Heather McDavid who is the Director of Operations at Ohio Health DME.
