Adenomatoid Odontogenic Tumor (Case Report), Surin Tangsuphoom

The adenomatoid odontogenic tumor is one of those benign tumors which are formed in odontogenic tissue or originated from the epithelial lining of odontogenic cyst. This is a case report of a 12 years old Thai boy who visited a dentist with the enlargement at his left ala of the nose for 2 weeks. The clinical preoperative diagnosis was dentigerous cyst. Surgical enucleation was performed under general anesthesia. No recurrence has been found after surgical removal for a 20 month follow up period. The healing process was found to be satisfactory. อะมีโลบลาสติกไฟโบรมาในกระดูกขากรรไกรล่าง รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย, เกษมศักดิ์ แก้วอิ่ม

รายงานผู้ป่วยเด็กอายุ 10 ปี ที่มีเนื้องอกอะมีโลบลาสติกไฟโบรมาในกระดูกขากรรไกรล่างซึ่งพบได้ไม่บ่อยนัก โดยมีอาการบวมของกระดูกขากรรไกรล่างเล็กน้อย จากภาพรังสีพบมีลักษณะเงากระดูกโปร่งรังสี ลักษณะคล้ายถุงน้ำเดียวรอบปลายรากของฟันน้ำนม # 73 และ # 74 เชื่อมต่อกับเยื่อหุ้มฟัน # 33 ข้อแนะนําในการรักษาโดยการทําศัลยกรรมควักออก และต้องติดตามการรักษาเป็นเวลานาน ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากเกิดเป็นซ้ำได้สูง และเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นมะเร็งได้
