Purpose The purpose of this scoping review was to address trauma-informed care, juvenile justice systems, and recidivism rates. The literature review conducted identified key research and analysis of effective trauma-informed treatment methodologies, referrals, and accessibility of care for justice-involved youth, and the rate change of recidivism related to trauma-informed treatment and interventions.
Background The high rates of recidivism in the juvenile court systems matched with the increased prevalence of psychological trauma in justice-involved youth represent the need for implementing trauma informed care. funding. The purpose of this collaborative project was to
creatively meet the needs of the St Cloud Technical and
Community College_s biomedical equipment technology
students_ hands-on learning experience and at the same
time the maintenance of equipment in the St Cloud
State University Nursing Department and St Cloud
Technical and Community College Clinical Departments.
This working collaborative established between the 2
schools resulted in a win-win situation for all. Biomedical
equipment technology students repaired equipment and
created an inventory while providing real-time customer

Childbirth has the potential of being one of the most joyous and fulfilling experiences a woman goes through in her entire life. Being a mom, driving the kids to soccer practice, and sitting around the Christmas tree with the family can easily be seen as an ideal life. Conversely, the negative experiences with childbirth are rarely discussed. There is an overlooked category: moms who conceive but lose the baby in the womb.
