No bulletins have heretofore been issued by the Dairy department of this Station on the special question of the manufacture of dairy products. The main work of the Dairy department has been with the farm end of the dairy problem; viz: the production of milk. This includes the breeding, feeding and management of cows, the raising and developing of the young stock, and the economic disposal of the by-products of the dairy.
