An Online Visual Detection And Identification Method For The Defective Of Qinqinchang, Dang Guo-Hui, Wang Yong-Qiang, Zhou Cong-Ling

Objective: This study aimed to study the automatic detection method of common appearance defects in the production process of Qinqinchang. Methods: CMOS camera was used to obtain the image information of the product online, and image processing technology was used to extract the appearance defect features of the product and analyze the types of defects. Results: The accuracy rate of the online detection method for the common appearance defects of kissing intestines was 97.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and has broad application prospect.

Objective: This study aimed to realize the fast and accurate sorting of citrus color. Methods: An online color detection and grading system of citrus based on machine vision was designed in this study. The system is composed of feeding unit, chain conveying mechanism, image acquisition system and fruit dividing unit. The industrial camera which was combined with the rolling mechanism was used to uniformly capture 50~60 frames of images for obtaining the complete surface information of citrus. Objective: Real-time monitoring of the grinding roller distance of the pulverizer. Methods: CCD industrial camera was used to collect the rolling distance image, threshold segmentation and morphology were used to preprocess the gray image, and then the edge detection algorithm combined with MATLAB software and mathematical operation were used to eliminate the irrelevant edge points, and finally the rolling distance of the mill was calculated. Objective: To solve the problem of appearance defects of Baoyu-flavor-slices, such as edge damage, internal porosity and uneven wrapper thickness in the production process. Methods: An on-line detection method based on machine vision was proposed. The Baoyu-Flavor-Slices were arranged into a single layer array by mechanical carding device. After image acquisition, image segmentation, gray value stretching and contour edge extraction were selected for image processing. Objective:Improve the quality and efficiency of tilapia processing and increase the added value of products.Methods:For the fluorescence response difference of fish scales and fish skin under ultraviolet excitation, a rapid detection system for tilapia descaling rate based on machine vision technology was constructed. After image pre-processing, background segmentation, ROI region selection, and rapid identification of discaled areas, the scaled and descaled area images were obtained.
