Survey includes counties in the state of Indiana not designated in the 208 Water Quality Plan. The data collected from April to August 1978 was divided into four main categories: Point Sources of water pollution, non-point sources of water pollution, monitoring stations and feasibility analysis of the regional sewage districts and conservancy districts.
