Objective: This study focuses on in-depth research and development of the utilization of Coreopsis tinctoria resources. Methods: The Coreopsis samples from Hetian, Urumqi, Aba, Luding and Xining were hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid, and the contents of 17 kinds of amino acids were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer. On this basis, the characteristics of amino acid flavor were analyzed and compared with the amino acid pattern spectrum issued by FAO/WHO. Objective: A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) method was developed for non-targeted screening of PDE-5 inhibitors in health wine. Methods: An appropriate SERS base of colloidal gold was prepared, and SERS analysis was conducted after the base was mixed with 78 kinds of PDE-5 inhibitors. The spectrogram screening database was established, and whether the matching degree was higher than 70% was used as the basis for judging whether the PDE-5 inhibitors were suspected to be added. Objective:This study aimed to analyze the differences of volatile compounds among fresh Gastrodia elata of different varieties and origins.Methods:Volatile components of fresh G. elata from six origin and three varieties were analyzed by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) technology, and quantified and qualitatively from different angles using VOCal and Reporter, Gallery Plot and Dynamic PCA inserts and "nearest neighbor" fingerprint analysis.Results:In this study, a total of 75 kinds of volatile compounds were detected. Objective:This study aims to explore the correlation between the types and contents of fatty acids and lecithin in fresh walnut.Methods:A kinds of 20 walnuts were selected from Chengdu in Sichuan Province. The method of the gas chromatography and the high performance liquid chromatography were used for quantitative determination. Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the results.Results:The fatty acid composition of 20 kinds of fresh walnut was the same basically, with significant differences in content (P<0.05). The aim of the present study is to evaluate diversity among the Turkish local pea germplasm for mineral concentrations and agro-morphological traits for breeding programs. The experiment was conducted during 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 and arranged according to an augmented block design with 40 local genotypes and two standard check cultivars (Carina and Jof). Seed yield per plant was positively and significantly correlated with branches per plant, pods per plant, seeds per pod, harvest index, and 100-seed weight.
