Since its opening in September 1971, Parkdale Community Legal Services has served as both a neighbourhood law office and as Osgoode Hall Law School's first clinical training setting. Law students have been the primary deliverers of legal.services, with a growing number of staff lawyers, articling students, and practitioners supervising the student caseload. But most law students spend only one semester at Parkdale; therefore the staff lawyers and especially the community legal workers must provide continuity within the office and serve as the conduit to the Parkdale community.

This paper considers the relationship between blogs and Law and Economics from two perspectives: some aspects of the law and economics approach to blogging, and the influence of blogs in the diffusion of Law and Economics. The article explores how blogs are a modern way of low cost domestic journalism, in a context in which the increasingsize of the blogosphere is a current challenge in terms of free speech and quality of the information. This paper critically examines the legality and constitutionality of the provision of Rule 5 sub-rule (5) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners, 2007 (the Rules), prohibiting the practice of law in Nigeria as a corporation. "Thinking" In A Deweyan Perspective: The Law School Exam As A Case Study For Thinking In Lawyering, Donald J. Kochan

As creatures of thought, we are thinking all the time, but that does not necessarily mean that we are thinking well. Answering the law school exam, like solving any problem, requires that the student exercise thinking in an effective and productive manner. This Article provides some guidance in that pursuit. Using John Dewey’s suspended conclusion concept for effective thinking as an organizing theme, this Article presents one basic set of lessons for thinking through issues that arise regarding the approach to a law school exam.
