This article analyzes the deadlines for presenting executive documents for execution, a break in the deadline for presentation, and the consequences of missing the deadline for presenting for execution. In particular, a comparative legal analysis of the laws of our country and foreign countries regarding the timing of the presentation of executive documents for execution has been carried out. In this regard, gaps in national legislation, inconsistencies in the legislation arising upon presentation of executive documents for execution, as well as ways to address them are highlighted.
