"The Last Line Of Defence For [Which?] Citizens": Accountability, Equality, And The Right To Health In Chaoulli, Martha Jackman

This article explores the legal and health policy significance of the Supreme Court of Canada's decision in Chaoulli c. Ouebec (Procureur general).
