GGU Law is thrilled to expand its long-standing mission of inclusion and access to the legal profession with its new JD Flex program. Starting in fall 2021, JD Flex will offer an innovative alternative to GGU Law's continuing full-time residential program in San Francisco.

Blending online coursework and eight on-campus weekend sessions per semester, with summers completely online, this flexible program provides a path to an ABA-approved J.D. degree in less than four years. Students also have the option of customizing their J.D. degree with one of two focused career tracks.

Taking over as director of externships is Adjunct Professor Brittany Glidden. Nina Robertson begins as a clinical staff attorney at the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic for the 2015/2016 academic year, and Stephen Rosenbaum was named associate professor and clinical staff attorney for the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic.

The American Council on Education (ACE), announced that Wes R. Porter, Director, Litigation Center and Associate Professor of Law at Golden Gate University School of Law (GGU Law) has been named an ACE Fellow for academic year 2015-16.

The ACE Fellows Program, established in 1965, is designed to strengthen institutions and leadership in American higher education by identifying and preparing emerging leaders for senior positions in college and university administration. Forty-seven Fellows, nominated by the senior administration of their institutions, were selected this year following a rigorous application process.
