Effects Of Reputation On The Legal Profession, Fred C. Zacharias

Washington and Lee Law Review

These empirical issues are key to a proper analysis of many professional rules and to the approach bar associations should take to matching lawyers and clients. The Article will focus primarily on lawyers' reputations as a proxy for what clients want, or need, to know about their representatives. Part …

Walled Gardens, Dan Hunter

Washington and Lee Law Review

The most significant recent development in scholarly publishing is the open-access movement, which seeks to provide free online access to scholarly literature.
