This paper focuses on the study and investigation of the impacts in the implementation of a software package to support the operation and management of legal practice, which is referred to as the Legal Practice Management System (LPMS), on employee productivity. This implementation is considered the Information Technology-enabled business process and organization change of a small law firm in Thailand.
