Please find attached a copy of my recently completed article entitled Tattoos, Tickets and Other Tawdry Behavior: How Universities Use Federal Law to Hide Their Scandals. The article challenges the manner in which schools and their athletic departments invert a federal student privacy law, FERPA, to protect unseemly behavior and athletic scandals.
