In medieval sources, the city of Tashkent was called Shash. Many well-known scholars in the Islamic sciences, such as hadith, jurisprudence, and mysticism, emerged from Shash. Many great scientists from this region are known to the world by the nisbas of Shoshiy and Toshkandiy. Ancient Tashkent was one of the sacred places where great and pious scientists, muhaddis, and righteous people have been buried. Here, the noble bodies of Zangi ata, Sheikh Umar Vali Baghistani, Sheikh Khovand Tahur, Sheikh Zayniddin Kuyi Arifon, and others found eternal rest. This research includes a collection of Hadiths (prophetic traditions) mentioned by Prophet Mohammad (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), in which he urged Muslims to deal kindly with the animals when Muslims use these animals for all purposes like riding, loading milking and even slaughtering them.

The researcher has also verified the authenticity, judged and explained all of these respective Hadiths in a wise way to show the greatness of Islam in dealing with animals; he was neither lengthy nor short. This Article analyzes the public health issues of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (“NIHL”) and Noise-Induced Hidden Hearing Loss (“NIHHL”) due to Chronic Repeated Ambient Acoustic Pollution (“CRAAP”). This Article examines the clinical and empirical medical data about NIHL and NIHHL and its normative implications. It applies behavioral law and economics and information economics to advance legal policies to reduce CRAAP. Finally, this Article advocates changing individual and social attitudes about deafness and hearing loss to raise political awareness and social consciousness about NIHL and NIHHL. The literature effectively documents the Mindfulness in Law movement, but there has been minimal effort to situate the movement into the broader history of non-Western ideas in the legal academy and profession.
