At a time in which tax reform, tax shelters, and tax protestors are headline news, and the tax bar is debating the appropriate ethical standards for tax advice, Legal Ethics and Federal Taxes, 1945-1965: Patriotism, Duties, and Advice provides a timely historical review of legal ethics and federal taxes.
