The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of people’s lives, one of which is the existence of contracts whose implementation has been disrupted because there are some of parties who cannot fulfill their achievements or contractual obligations by postulating the Covid-19 pandemic as a category of force majeure.
