This article provides the legal basis for conducting anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts, considers the fundamental acts providing for the development of this institution, and also puts forward proposals for its improvement. The article examines the social and legal necessity of using information and communication technologies in the fight against corruption, its relevance, current trends, problems in our national legislation and ways to solve them. A review of the theoretical foundations and practice of using information and communication technologies in combating corruption is made.
