The article is devoted to topical issues of formation and development of access to justice for minors. The author explains the concept of "access to justiceā and analyzes the formation and international legal basis of the concept of access to justice for minors. International standards in the field of juvenile justice are considered. The article presents the philosophical foundations of the concept of restorative justice.
