The impact of copyright on various aspects of human life is becoming increasingly evident. This paper explores, for the first time in the literature, the relationship between copyright and the search for peace, with a focus on the transitional justice process in Colombia. Through a documentary research methodology, the study highlights the challenges posed by copyright laws that lack certainty in the application of exceptions and limitations to the digital world.
