Insured, in accordance with the terms of a life insurance policy, named the woman with whom he was then living as beneficiary. Subsequently, he returned to his wife and handed the policy to her with appropriate words indicating an intention to make a present and absolute delivery of it to her as a gift. No notice of a change of beneficiary was given to the insurance company.
