In the past decade, house trailers have dramatically increased their share of the housing market in the United States….The manner in which mobile homes are dealt with under our zoning laws is therefore a matter of some importance. Surprisingly, comparatively little has been written regarding the zoning of mobile homes and trailer parks. The purpose of this article is to lessen this deficiency.
