Liability is not limited to acts committed by oneself, but also acts committed by others as regulated in Article 1367 paragraph (2) of the Civil Code or also known as vicarious liability or substitute responsibility. Unlawful acts can basically be committed by anyone, including minors. Divorce, one of the many causes of the end of a marital relationship, brings an impact towards the parties bound in the marital relationship, specifically in the economic conditions.Of the many divorce cases present, the wife in the relationship more often experiences economic hardships, due to the fact that their livelihood during the marriage was provided by the husband.
