Resulting And Constructive Trusts In The Contemporary Singaporean Family Context, Man Yip

The legal rules that emerge in a society are shaped by the conditions of that society. In the area of trusts law, this chapter argues that the English principles of the presumed resulting trust and the common intention constructive trust have been adapted to suit the Singaporean family context.
