The goal of the research was to determine the function of decision-making quality as a mediating variable in the relationship between knowledge management operations and creative behavior among employees at Palestine’s Al-Shifa Medical Complex. The study employed a descriptive analytical technique, in which a questionnaire was issued to a random sample of (250) Al-Shifa Medical Complex employees, with (239) questionnaires being suitable for analysis. The study discovered that knowledge management activities have a statistically significant impact on both creative behavior (as a dependent variable) and decision-making quality (as a mediating variable).
