The study aimed to explore the impact of university governance in entrepreneurial orientation at Al-Aqsa University. To achieve the objective of the study, the Descriptive Analytical Approach was adopted. The study population consisted of all academic staff with supervisory positions at Al-Aqsa University whose number is (233) employees. The study sample was selected using stratified random sample method, whose number is (146) employees. (165) questionnaires were distributed and (150) questionnaires were returned with a recovery rate of (90.9%).
