Harry Potter Contra El Legalismo, O La Magia Republicana Del Pluralismo Jurídico, Luis Gomez Romero

This essay undertakes a radical criticism of legalist ideologies through a pluralist revision of the sources of law. Literary texts –specifically, the Harry Potter series of novels– are catalogued as sources of law. For this purpose, the law inscribed in fictional narrative worlds is considered as a matter that concerns the law in the real-world and the lives of audiences who read such fictional worlds. Law is literature and literature is law. On this basis, the article analyzes from a republican perspective the fictionalization of the rule of law in the Potter novels.

A correct pronunciation is of paramount importance to guarantee the intelligibility of students of Spanish as a Foreign Language; however, paradoxically, the teaching of pronunciation is one of the least taught sub-skills in SFL manuals. The phonetic-phonological differences between the L1 and the L2 of the students will have great influence on the acquisition of the pronunciation, making it more difficult or easier depending on the degree of similarity between both phonetic-phonological systems, although it is the distance between the sounds of the dialectical region of the speaker and the L2 that will contribute the most to the success or …

Teaching Spanish phonetics to Scottish and Northern Irish speakers. This paper deals with one of the most frequently forgotten areas in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language: pronunciation. The phonetic/phonological distance between the L1 and the L2 of the learners is of paramount importance to master the sounds of the L2; however, it is the phonetic/phonological distance between the dialectal region of the speaker's L1 (DR1) and the L2 of the speaker that will have the biggest influence in this learning process. RESUMEN: El autor expone el impacto que ha tenido el concepto de anatocismo en el derecho mexicano, al dar a conocer, primero, las distintas posturas adoptadas en torno del anatocismo, y al presentar, después, la exposición de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación. Para comenzar un diálogo con el breve y sustancioso trabajo sobre el estatuto epistemológico de la jurisprudencia (en el sentido amplio del término, esto es, entendido como “conocimiento del Derecho”, y no como “sentencias de los tribunales”) que Alejandro Nieto y Agustín Gordillo han presentado bajo el título de Las limitaciones del conocimiento jurídico (2003), parece pertinente recordar la (relativamente) reciente polémica entre el escritor y semiólogo Umberto Eco, y el novelista Antonio Tabucchi, sobre el papel del intelectual frente a la cotidianeidad del poder.
