Women have a limited advancement in the construction industry profession due to lack mentorship mechanism. As a remedy, mentorship has been used as a tool to advance women in their careers. Previous research has shown that the successful mentorship of women was insufficient. The objective of this research is to examine the indicators of successful mentorship of women; namely, performance, promotion, entrepreneurial skills and retention.
