Yarn properties can be altered through blending fibres. According to the requirement different properties can be achieved by different blending ratios. Among the different blends cotton and polyester, cotton and wool, wool and acrylic, cotton and nylon, jute and acrylic, cotton and rayon etc are common. Flax and polyester has been a popular blend now-adays and depicts excellent properties than their individual yarn properties. Different proportion of flax and polyester has been tested to observe the yarn properties and it is found that polyester was perfectly fits with low proportion of flax. A pot experiment was conducted in the greenhouse of the National Research Centre, Egypt to investigate the effect of potassium foliar fertilizer and irrigation by agricultural drainage water (ADW) on mineral status of Jatropha plants. Plants sprayed twice with Mono potassium phosphate (MKP). Potassium foliar fertilizer (100 and 200 ppm) and irrigated by mixed drainage water (0, 25 and 50 % ADW). Irrigation by ADW adversely affected the mentioned growth characters. The highest effect was shown by irrigation of water contains 50 % FW+50 % ADW. Some macronutrients ratios were included.

Abstract: Most aspects of construction projects mainly fall under contractual regime. However, when things go wrong such as when the project is abandoned for various reasons, they may create two different scenarios: a contract that is breached and a fixed structure that is left on the land which may constitute an incomplete benefit that is acquired by one of the parties. The transfer of such benefit is initially made with a legal ground, but that ground has since ceased to exist. This article provides an analysis of processes for separation CO2 by using carbonic anhydrase enzyme with particular emphasis on reactive-membrane solutions. Three available processes are characterised. Main challenges and prospects are given. It is found that in view of numerous challenges practical applications of these processes will be difficult in near future. Further research is therefore needed for improving existing processes through finding methods for eliminating their main drawbacks such as short lifetime of carbonic anhydrase or low resistance of reactive membrane systems to impurities contained in flue gases from power plants.

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Transportation that administers federal funds and provides technical assistance for the support of locally operated public transit systems. MARTA / Atlanta metro area are part of FTA Region IV (the Southeast). FTA would be involved, for instance, in financing the federal grant monies discussed above. But actual regulation of operations (i.e., what MARTA does each day, or what MARTA will plan to do regionally) is more closely regulated by Georgia agencies.

Carrot is the excellent source of beta carotene and other vitamins. The carrot is utilized as raw, cooked vegetable, sweet meats or as juice and beverages. Carrot pomace is the by-product of carrot juice extraction process. The carrot pomace was dried in hot air oven at 65°C and then grinded to pass through 2 mm sieve. Dried carrot pomace was added in different proportions (0 –9%) to fine wheat flour, shortening, sugar and water. The formulation was baked at 175 °C for 12 min. in the gas oven with air circulation.
