Mine working contamination occurs when diffusion in a constant velocity medium is accompanied by a process of absorption and accumulation of the diffunding medium, as described by the generalized convective diffusion equation proposed by J.L. Litwiniszyn. The first part of this article discusses the problem of finding a solution to the integro-differential equation under study for defined initial and boundary conditions corresponding to working with a finite length (direct problem).
