Abstract: The paper analyzes the related influence factors when closed residential area is open to its surrounding roads. Using the traffic flow theory, the evaluation system of AHP and vacation queuing model based on Markov chain are established. After describing and quantifying the road traffic impact about the open community, we put forward some suggestions about the open of closed residential community. At the same time, the evaluation and improvement rate are proposed under different conditions such as changing the structure of the community, changing the surrounding road structure and changing the traffic flow off.
