"The ability to safely handle unexploded ordinance (UXO) is very important. The goal of the project, presented in this thesis, was to develop a test bed and testing procedures to evaluate the ability of specific UXO timing circuit to be reset through electromagnetic means. Two different platforms for testing were identified at the beginning of the research. One platform is used to expose the circuits to high electric field strengths inside of a TEM cell.
