It is proposed to include virtual instrumental quality analyzers of potash fertilizers in the composition of the advanced (advanced) management system. The structure of the virtual analyzer is substantiated using mathematical models of the technological process of drying potassium chloride in its composition. Based on the results of fuzzy clustering, the parameters of the modes of the technological process of drying potassium chloride are determined.

The article describes the simulation of the temperature field in a wide range of structural and operational parameters of the drying process. A qualitatively new representation of the temperature field profile in the chamber is revealed. As a result of the experiments, criteria were found for the unevenness of the temperature profiles on the pallets of the dispersion of the temperature of the material and the slope of the approximating line at fixed values of the average temperature of the substance. The results of the study concerning the ability of multispectral analysis to authenticate dried medicinal herbs of Uzbekistan are considered. Before obtaining the multispectral image, various medicinal plants (colored oregano grass (herbaoriganitytthianthi) and shepherd's pouch (capsellabursa-pastoris) were subjected to different drying conditions to increase the variability of the plant database and reproduce the conditions. Drying experiments were carried out in the laboratory of Tashkent state technical University. After drying, the images were collected using nineteen light-emitting diodes (405 to 1050 nm) using the Videometer Lab2 device. The article deals with the possibilities of temperature stabilization inside the drying chamber with the help of materials having corresponding melting temperatures. The problem of the melting of accumulating material under the action of solar rays is investigated analytically. A precise and approximate solution of the problem of the propagation velocity of the melting boundary is presented. The application of the similarity method for solving the problem of the melting of a paraffin layer is shown.
