The information given in this report deals with the reporting and at-scene investigation of traffic accidents. The procedure to complete the uniform police traffic accident report used in Kentucky is described. Also, the proper procedure necessary to document the accident scene is described. The objective of this report is to summarize the material included in the "Traffic Accident Investigation" workshop. The workshop also included case studies which were used to illustrate the procedures for proper reporting and documenting traffic accidents.
