Computer Training Systems For Training Engineering Personnel For Control Industrial Enterprises, Yusuf Shodiyevich Avazov, Kamola Rustamovna Abdullaeva Aug 2023

Computer Training Systems For Training Engineering Personnel For Control Industrial Enterprises, Yusuf Shodiyevich Avazov, Kamola Rustamovna Abdullaeva

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

A principle has been proposed for constructing computer simulators for improving the qualifications of process control operators at industrial enterprises and for training students of higher educational institutions. The capabilities of a computer simulator that can be used as a digital assistant are revealed. Their architecture for building digital simulators is proposed. From the architecture it is clear that the computer simulator consists of two systems. The training process management system and the server of the computerized simulator are combined into a digital simulator. Simulators in this category provide student operators with the opportunity to develop skills in self-control of …

Algorithms For Multi-Factory Polynomial Modeling Of Technological Processes, Farrukh Do'stmirzayevich Jo'rayev, Murodjon Ashurqulovich Ochilov Feb 2023

Algorithms For Multi-Factory Polynomial Modeling Of Technological Processes, Farrukh Do'stmirzayevich Jo'rayev, Murodjon Ashurqulovich Ochilov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

The article reveals the meaning and essence of the modeling method in the study of complex technological processes based on the problematic aspects of building multifactorial relationships and the principles for their elimination. In the case of non-linearity of multifactorial connections of a complex system, the expediency of approximating such functions by polynomials is substantiated. The authors' ideas about the increasing importance of interpolation methods in practice against the background of the possibility of simplification based on the use of modern mathematical hardware and software for integration into the process of modeling and optimizing technological processes due to the complexity …

Structural Model Of The Technological Process Of Storage And Processing Of Oil Raw Materials, N.A Kabulov Feb 2023

Structural Model Of The Technological Process Of Storage And Processing Of Oil Raw Materials, N.A Kabulov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

The technological method of storing and processing oilseed raw materials is structurally modelled in the article. Additionally, it is suggested that the generalized structure be presented as a three-part scheme, consisting of a raw material department, a processing shop, and transportation networks. On the basis of a thorough examination of the characteristics of the constituent parts of the technological complex, a practical model for the problem of the general characteristics of the technological complex is proposed.

Design Lifecycle Management Of Technological Processes, Yusuf Shodiyevich Avazov Dec 2021

Design Lifecycle Management Of Technological Processes, Yusuf Shodiyevich Avazov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

The issues of life cycle management of design processes of complex technological processes are considered. An analysis of works devoted to the automated design of technological processes and industries, product life cycle management, and the use of predominant modeling in design is presented. A structure for the implementation of the design of technological processes is proposed and it’s components are described. An algorithm is proposed to reduce the life cycle of the design of a technological process. The sequence of selection of the most optimal project options with the help of the proposed algorithm is described. It is shown that …

Mathematic Simulation Of Glass Melting Process In Glass Production, Shuhrat Manapovich Gulyamov, Azamat Toirovich Rajabov, Utkir Uktam Ugli Kholmanov May 2021

Mathematic Simulation Of Glass Melting Process In Glass Production, Shuhrat Manapovich Gulyamov, Azamat Toirovich Rajabov, Utkir Uktam Ugli Kholmanov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

A systematic analysis of the technological process of glass melting as an object of automatic control and management has been carried out. As an object of automatic control with distributed parameters, the mathematical description of the glassmaking furnace operation has been developed (considering the main phenomenological features of the technological mode of glassmaking). In this paper, a mathematical description of charge melting process, additional heating by electric current, bubbling, thermal conductivity and heat fluxes during the processing of molten glass have been generated. Initial conditions and simplifying assumptions have been derived. The model is based on the equations of continuity, momentum …

Automated Monitoring And Control System For Cotton Saw Gin, N.Z. Kamalov, Sh.Z. Kamalov Nov 2020

Automated Monitoring And Control System For Cotton Saw Gin, N.Z. Kamalov, Sh.Z. Kamalov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

The problems of automation of the technological process of saw gin of cotton are considered. The task and technical requirements to the control and management system for the saw gin of cotton are formulated. Based on the technical requirements, an algorithm is developed for the functioning of the control and management system. Using microprocessor technology, an automated monitoring and control system has been developed for the saw gin unit of cotton. The developed automated control and management system was tested in the production conditions of the ginnery and implemented.

Analysis Of Electricity Consumption Rationing At Enterprisesferrous Metallurgy, F.A. Khoshimov, I.U. Rakhmonov Jun 2018

Analysis Of Electricity Consumption Rationing At Enterprisesferrous Metallurgy, F.A. Khoshimov, I.U. Rakhmonov

Technical science and innovation

Electricity consumption regulation is the primary technical basis for energy consumption planning. Electricity consumption is regulated in the form of specific electricity consumption per unit of production or per unit of work performed. Specific energy consumption rate is understood as the consumption of electricity necessary and sufficient to produce a unit of production or to perform a unit of work in the planned conditions of production and operation. Electricity saving takes place if its actual specific consumption is comparable with progressive norms developed on the basis of introduction of new equipment and technology into production, rational operation of technological equipment …
