The article examines the processes of heterogeneous-catalytic interaction of acetylene and acetone with the formation of 2,5-dimethylhexin-3-diol-2,5 using copper-bismuth-nickel-kaolin (MVNK) and copper-bismuth-nickel-bentonite (MVNB) catalysts physicochemical constants were determined depending on their nature, content and temperature of the reactions. Quantum-chemical calculations were carried out and the reaction centers of the molecules were shown on their basis.

The problems of formation and construction of stable algorithms for estimating the covariance matrices of input disturbances of the control object based on the methods of successive approximations are considered. Algorithms for the stable estimation of covariance matrices of perturbations at the input of an object are presented based on the concepts of iterative algorithms. The regular algorithms given above make it possible to produce a stable estimation of the covariance matrix of the object noise based on the concepts of the synthesis of adaptive filters and thereby increase the accuracy of the adaptive estimation procedure.

There have been determined the composition of liquid complex fertilizers based on low concentrated wet-processing phosphoric acid from washed and calcinated phosphoconcentrated of Kyzylkum. The density and viscosity of the liquid fertilizers were studied at wide temperatures (30-80оС). It was given the list of chemical compounds generated at ammonization of wet-processing phosphoric acid with various impurities. In order to reduce precipitation of residues during the neutralization 26% aqua suspension of bentonite was used as suspendered agent in amount of 1 to 3%. Rheological properties of the nitrogen-phosphate solution show that they are in liquid condition.

The article deals with the possibilities of temperature stabilization inside the drying chamber with the help of materials having corresponding melting temperatures. The problem of the melting of accumulating material under the action of solar rays is investigated analytically. A precise and approximate solution of the problem of the propagation velocity of the melting boundary is presented. The application of the similarity method for solving the problem of the melting of a paraffin layer is shown. The application of ion-exchange resins in the sorption process of gold recovery is considered. Presented are: scheme of technological process of synthesis of effective ion exchanger of phospholized gossypol resin; regime of technology for obtaining ion exchanger; technical characteristics of the FGS ionite on the basis of the gossypol resin of the fat and oil industry TSh 86-38: 2006. As a result of the studies carried out during the synthesis, an effective ion exchanger ion is obtained for the extraction of precious metal ions.

The questions of constructing and tuning adaptive fuzzy PID-controllers that are widely used in automatic control systems of technological processes in various industries are considered. The method of fuzzy adaption of regulator settings, taking into account the nonlinear properties of the object, is proposed. The article discusses the automatic control system of an adjustable multi-motor electric drive with an electrical connection through a rotor circuit of asynchronous motors with phase rotors and a common inverter driven by a network to provide control of the water supply process of pumping units as part of a water-lifting pumping unit. The system "multi-motor electric drive - pumps - hydraulic pressure net" was developed, equations describing the dynamics of the system were obtained, and the transfer functions of its main elements were determined.

Approaches to solving the optimization problem and solving a fuzzy multicriteria optimization problem under risk conditions are considered. The paper Presents a disk tribometer installation and allows to determine the antifriction properties of machine-building composite antistatic-heat-conducting polymer materials working in interaction with the fibrous mass (raw cotton). Investigation of trade-off between characteristics of information granules for construction of fuzzy rule-based model is challenging scientific problem. Main optimization requirement in information granules estimation (antecedent and consequent parts of fuzzy rules) are cardinality which characterizes justifiability (reliability) of information granules in light of the available experimental data and specificity that characterizes semantics of information granules. This paper is devoted to a multi-criterial approach to solving of optimization problem of construction of interval and fuzzy information granules. The principles of organization of a full-scale modelling of a moving object with an operator in its control loop are considered in the article. The task of reproducing the required dynamic characteristics, which the simulated moving object possesses, is solved by correcting the control signals for a moving object with similar dynamic properties. The developed method, for example, can be used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the aircraft by another aircraft provided with a unit of adjustment of control.

Algorithms for the formation of a procedure for the stable estimation of parameters matrices and covariances of perturbation vectors in indefinite dynamic systems based on the concepts of matrix pseudo-inversion are given. For stable pseudo-inversion, the matrix partitioning method is used using simplified regularization. The above algorithms allow for a stable estimation of the matrix of parameters and covariances of the perturbation vectors in dynamic systems and thereby increase the accuracy of adaptive control systems operating in parametric and signal uncertainty conditions.

Some theoretical background of Industrial Internet and Cloud Computing opening new era in industrial automation is considered. A prototype of cloud system for IoT-enabled production management is presented. Its first version is based on Denford’s equipment for manufacturing education and SAP HANA Cloud Platform. Main functions of cloud production management system are discussed. An architecture of «Denford-BMSTU» CIM system is shown. Basic components of SAP HCP are analyzed to clarify its implementation. Communication protocols between CIM devices and cloud platform are noticed. Examples of dispatching production rules are given.

Stable algorithms for the formation of control actions in local-optimal adaptive control systems for dynamic objects are given. Considering that the initial equations for estimating the parameters of an object and a control device, as a rule, are ill-conditioned, it becomes necessary to use regular methods. The mathematical modeling of processes, flowing gas burners of glass melting furnaces, is performed. Models are proposed in the form of equations for the material and heat balance with the physical variables of natural gas and air entering the burner. Calculations of the calorific value of gas fuel are performed, the equations of combustion of simple gases, the consumption of the oxidizer and the amount of products of complete combustion are given in theoretical conditions.
