This thesis deals with image registration of MRI images using neural networks. Image registration combines multiple images of the same subject that were taken at different points in time, from different sensors, or from different points of views into a single image and coordinate system. Image registration is widely used in medical imaging and remote sensing. In this thesis feed forward neural networks and wavelet neural networks are used to estimate the parameters of registration.
