The texturization of(100) crystalline silicon(c-Si) wafer was studied by field-emission scanning electron microscope using different kinds of etchant: sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate and tribasic sodium phosphate.By optimizing the etching parameters,the lowest values of averaged reflectance(Rav) were obtained to be 9.70% for NaOH,9.76% for Na2CO3 and 8.63% for Na3PO4·12H2O,which is comparable to that of the wafer with textured surface covered with an anti-reflection coating of either silicon nitride or thermally grown silicon dioxide.The relation of Rav and surface morphology of textured wafer was analyzed.Moreover,special emphasis was put on the role of isopropyl alcohol(IPA) and sodium bicarbonate for texturization.It is proved that IPA …

The electro-oxidation of methanol in alkaline electrolyte at in-house synthesized PdNiO/C and Pd/C catalysts and the effect of heat treatment on the structure and performance of catalysts were studied by cyclic voltammetry,chronoamperometry,chronopotentiometry and X-ray diffraction methods.It is shown that when the reduction temperature is 70℃ and the ratio between Pd and Ni is 8∶2,The PdNiO/C catalyst presents a highest activity for methanol electrooxidation.Calcining can increase the particle size and crystallinity of catalysts,but decrease the dispersion and activity of catalysts, too.Besides,the NiO is disengaged from Pd lattice by heat-treatment.The optimal PdNiO/C catalyst shows higher catalytic activity and much better poisoning resistance …

The electrochemical properties of the Zn-Ni plating baths and the structure andperformance of the obtained deposits were investigated.The results show that the nickel content of theobtained deposits is incereased with decreasing of Zn ̄(2+)/Ni ̄(2+) ratio in the baths and with increasing ofcathodic current density;The cathode current efficiency is increased with increasing of Zn [Ⅱ]content in the bath and with decreasing of cathodic current density.The ZN-11 additive used is thereaction product of heterocyclic compound and polyamines with epichlorohydrin,it has a higheradsorptivity on Hg-electrede at potential between -0.16~-1.68 V (vs. Hg/HgO,1 mol·L ̄(-1)KOH).
