This Final Report summarizes the work preformed on the program entitled "Puerto Rico PV Training Program Study" for the period April 14, 2008 to June 30, 2009. The program was a contract effort between Mech-Tech College, Caguas, Puerto Rico and the Florida Solar Energy Center/University of Central Florida, Cocoa, Florida. Mech-Tech College was interested in learning about and applying renewable energy technologies and providing college level courses for the future workforce of a renewable energy industry in Puerto Rico.
