Education programs these days especially in Construction Management have been designed and updated to response to market and stakeholder needs. However, there still exists a need for educators to understand how construction practitioners develop their expertise. Understanding the development of expertise is essential for providers of university education and training to enable them to develop programs to establish on which new professionals can better develop their appropriate expertise.
