BAU Journal - Science and Technology

This paper explores the actual and future impact of the Metaverse as a virtual space. Thus, it focuses the probe on the technical challenges that face this everlasting emerging technology. Today, the Metaverse presents a digital environment to build collective architecture and historical heritage in a virtual space. In this digital world, the modeling and design methodology is based on individual archetypes that can puzzle new elements. Currently, traditional methods require change and adaptation in both the education and work market, especially due to the remote-work integration in the last few years. For example, many components are required to build …

Improving The Intellectual And Social Development Of Children With Autism: Design Of A Training Center For Autism, Hasti Jalalian Apr 2021

Improving The Intellectual And Social Development Of Children With Autism: Design Of A Training Center For Autism, Hasti Jalalian

Makara Journal of Technology

Research on the relationship between the role of architecture and the psychology of children with autism, which indicates that appropriate environments for these children can have a significant effect on their healthcare process, has been recently conducted. However, statistics show that autism spectrum disorders are pervasive, and its extent in Iran has been increasing. Moreover, centers that are specifically designed for children with autism are limited, and paradigms are made without considering the mood of these children. Given the role of architecture in designing a suitable space for these children, an investigation that can identify the specific requirements of these …

Research On Interoperability Between Tena And Certain Command & Control System, Zhihua Dong, Yuanchang Zhu, Yanqiang Di, Xianguo Meng Sep 2020

Research On Interoperability Between Tena And Certain Command & Control System, Zhihua Dong, Yuanchang Zhu, Yanqiang Di, Xianguo Meng

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: The heterogeneity prevents systems from the interoperability between C2 system and TENA for inter-connection in test community. Message Transfer Service contains End-to-End deployment mode and Cross-Network deployment mode, respectively there being two Inter-architecture with TENA system. Gateway can be designed to be single-threaded or multi-threaded. From the perspective of interoperability Gateway realizes the interoperability between communication protocols, object models and supporting services. Cooperation mechanism is designed to achieve the interoperability between the communication mechanism of pull mode in TENA and in C2P; meta-model of Message with OWL, and the object model interoperability is realized through model conversion; self-defined …

Simulation-Enable Method Based On Architecture, Qiurui Chen, Xinping Xiong, Duzheng Qing, Zhang Jin Aug 2020

Simulation-Enable Method Based On Architecture, Qiurui Chen, Xinping Xiong, Duzheng Qing, Zhang Jin

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Requirements of architect simulation-enable were analyzed which conducted the study of the completeness condition for architect execution and architecture description framework was extended. An executable architecture framework satisfied the completeness condition and its development process was proposed, and upon which simulation-enable method based on executable architecture framework was put forward. The theory of mapping and conversion from architecture products to input of simulation platform was introduced. The method provided an available approach to raise the simulation model development efficiency and keep the consistency of the high level design with simulation system. A water distribution system was taken as an …

Soa-Based Network-Centric Software Architecture For Warfare Simulation Applications, Wendi Cheng, Chu Wei Jul 2020

Soa-Based Network-Centric Software Architecture For Warfare Simulation Applications, Wendi Cheng, Chu Wei

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: For the difficulty of integrating heterogeneous resource and low reuse rate by task-oriented development model in the traditional electronic information system, this article proposes a service-oriented simulation software constructing method. By information registration, publication, subscription, distribution and other network-centric core services to build a global service bus for dynamic scheduling, we can improve information sharing capabilities. By the standard descriptions and specifications, we can make flexible reorganization of business services. In a loosely coupled way to integrate the system between the service provider and service requester, we can format a service-oriented system development platform, which can provide support …

Analyzing The Pedestrian Evacuation Efficiency In Architecture Based On Different Facilities Layout, Zhihong Li, Yanjie Wen, Wangtu Xu, Qi Yue

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Pedestrians escaping from the architecture are restricted by limited time and space. There are so many different exits, channels and bottleneck. Three kinds of facilities layout were designed to be initial schemes. The shortest escaping time was estimated by the different bottlenecks. Then, a safety escaping model based on the facilities layout and dynamic information was proposed, and the escaping time, area density and evacuation efficiency were analyzed by the simulation. The research indicates that by calculating and simulating the model can estimate the evacuation time for different schemes, and the result can provide some advices for facilities layout.

Features Of Designing The Architecture Of Intelligent Transport Systems, Jaffar Daeibal, Vyacheslav Lapshin, Dmitry Elkin, Sergey A. Kucherov

Karbala International Journal of Modern Science

In the global experience, intelligent transport systems (ITS) are recognized as a general transport ideology for integrating the achievements of telematics in all types of transport activities to solve economic and social problems: reducing accidents, improving the efficiency of public transport and cargo transportation, ensuring overall transport security, and improving environmental performance. Considering the design features of the intelligent transport system (ITS), there is a need to develop requirements for the functional and physical architecture as the main part of the ITS development. The creation of functional and physical architecture touches upon issues such as: the scheme of interaction between …
